standing in the rain
watching you walk away
tasting the tears dripping down my cheeks
feeling the pain in my heart

you look back at me
shaking your head
i know what your thinking
but you don't know my thoughts

you can't tell that i'm crying
the tears mix with the rain

you silently scream at me to run after you

but what you don't know
